Play a soothing song or have someone sweet read you Where The Wild Things Are before you turn out the light.
Snuggle down under the covers and have happy dreams.
A really proper night's sleep is a lovely gift to give your body.

My partner and I read to each other, usually from a children’s book, for a few minutes in bed each night. It’s a nice ritual, allows us to focus on each other exclusively for a while when we are too tired for anything else, and is a charming end to the day.
