  1. Welcome and thank you, Rachel! (I too am loving the bob. Oxenrose Salon in San Francisco did this cut the day before my shoot and I am super happy with the results).

  2. I sort my incoming mail over the shredder. Whem my grandmother died, we had boxes of useless mail to destroy, and my mom also stacks pointless mail on the “mail desk.” I’m breaking the cycle!

  3. Good for you, Elizabeth! The worst thing about handling this stuff later, or worse yet going through someone else’s old mail, is having to check as you go to make sure something valuable wasn’t tucked in amongst the junk. Ugh!

  5. This sounds uncomfortably complicated. Either I need to vacuum, or not vacuum. My observation is “the floor is dirty” and therefore, “I need to clean the floor.” I think it could cause over thinking and lead to procrastination.

  6. Hi Victoria,
The tips in this video are some ideas on where you can get started when you are procrastinating or feeling overwhelmed. This isn’t just about housework. It’s about the life you live in that house and the relationships you have with others and yourself.
Sounds like you’re doing great on “decide and do” when it comes to vacuuming!
